Return/Exchange
1. The return or exchange shipping fee shall be borne by the customer. The shipping fee is also non refundable.
Returns and exchanges must be released within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
3. All returns must be received in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged) and labeled.
Returns without postage proof will not receive a refund/exchange.
5. The clearance goods under the final sales section do not meet the refund conditions.
When opening the packaging, please ensure that the hang tag of the product is clearly visible.
7. Please note that returns of 3-4 items in a single or multiple orders will incur a 5% purchase fee, returns of 5-10 items in a single or multiple orders will incur a 10% purchase fee, and returns of 10+items in a single or multiple orders will incur a 15% purchase fee.
Important Notice:
1. Please contact us to obtain a return address.
2. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package or the company address on our page, as these are not return addresses and may affect your return processing.
3. You can only send it to the address we provide for you.
4. Customized dresses are specially made based on the dimensions you provide (chest, waist, hip, height, and hollow to floor). This means that once that garment is made, others will not be able to wear it. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for customized dresses. Please carefully check your measurement data before placing an order.
More information about returns, exchanges, and refunds:
1. All shipping fees do not meet the refund criteria.
2. Refunds will take approximately 7-15 working days.
3. The exchange will be shipped 24 hours after processing.
4. Exchange can only be processed when there is a change in color or size. If you need different styles, please place a new order and we can process returns for dresses that are no longer needed.
5.If store points are returned, a 5% bonus will be given.
6.According to the policy, we have the right to refuse returns.
7. Our store is not responsible for the return of lost items by the courier selected by the customer.
